what it represents is the level of frustration that many Americans and it's allies are feeling right about now...abandoned by the self proclaimed smartest guy in every room...it's alright to be sure of yourself...it's not alright to rarely listen to people who are experts in their field and base your decisions on how you view the world and not what it's really like...

I would express the avatar the OP posted as reflecting arrogance is the twin sister of ignorance.
