Default Wills

Wondering if anyone has done their own will on line? Do you really need to have an attorney draw it up?

That could be a complicated question. If you have a "will" it will go through Probate Court, that could take a year or two. You could put your assets in a Trust and avoid Probate and many other assorted complications.
I guess the bottom line is, how much aggravation do you want to leave your children with. We went to an attorney, yes it costs a reasonable fee but our children's future is protected in many ways that you may not be aware of.
I would suggest that you get a free consultation with an attorney and discuss a trust/will to leave to your heirs.
