Indeed by ensuring incumbents never get reelected is the only way voters have available to them to achieve term limits.

However the problems associated with this method are that politicians make promises that won't or can't keep because the system is rigged by the money interests who invested in these politicians. Secondly the spin masters are good at their craft. to wit Hillary Clinton beatification. which leads to the third reason some voters simply are not well informed and don't much get past the pictures let along headlines

Personal Best Regards:

You only get what you pay for. And, in this case the price does not correspond with the quality. If you have a particular candidate that you wish to elect, all you can do is be the highest bidder. Otherwise, you are going to get what someone else buys for you.

It's funny how a poster can start out a post that makes sense, then their alter ego sets in.

Find me someone better and I might consider voting for him/her. But, you haven't so far. All you do is spout racial rhetoric and your opinion on the "D's and R's." Until someone else comes up with a better candidate, Trump will get my vote. I would rather vote for an unknown than vote for a known criminal with no conscience, mo morals and no ethics.

And before you mention Gary Johnson again, I am not interested in that pot smoking fool. He is a clown that would do better on SNL than Obama.

You really don't get it...it's the PARTY that holds the power, not the man elected. The next president WILL be beholden to the party that elected him. The president is a talking head who's job is to convince you you want whatever "they" want. His job is to convince you to follow and support whatever they have planned. They are rewarded by living lavishly.

The people don't elect the president, the party does through the electors. The party calls the shots.

If Trump really is a rogue, he has NO chance of being elected. If he's not rogue, it's all been an act, scripted TV, to get your vote. It'll be...meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

We MAKE them "viable" by voting for them.

If I vote for them, if you vote for them, and everyone else votes for them...they win.

Your simplistic solution is to vote for someone else. Wow! So simple! And yet, you are too embarrassed to discuss your candidate of choice because you know he is not even a consideration. It would be like watching a movie starring Jerry Lewis as president or Eddie Murphy. Just silly.

You're an ignorant fool. Blindly led by nose.

Yes, that's the "simplistic solution" when you're not happy with the crooked and corrupt D and R parties candidates. You pick someone you ARE happy with.

I keep telling you that your choice is YOUR choice.

Why do you NEED someone telling you what to do?

Hey, it's your opinion that I am a fool. That's cool, and your prerogative. I am a conservative, period. As a conservative, I have the option to moderate my view to the left, but a liberal NEVER moves to the right. Even if they thought they were moving right, they are so far left that they embrace socialism and do not get offended by being associated with it's ideology.

No one is telling me who to choose for my vote. I vote by ideology, period. Just like liberals vote for socialism regardless of the criminal nature of their candidate. They are very superficial and think that it is a great fad to be voting for the first of anything, regardless of consequences. They figure that if they make a mistake, the gov will bail them out.

If I listened to you, I would not vote at all. You have only negatives and no positives in your argument. You have no solutions, only complaints.

There is no perfect candidate for the job. The only perfect person on Earth was executed a couple thousand years ago and so far has refused to make a second appearance.

Jesus for President if he shows up. That's a great solution.
BTW
Jesus wasn't a person. That's the basis of Christianity.
