Arrow Judicial Watch ruling against Hellery

Despite being surrounded by scandals and controversies, Hillary Clinton hasn’t answered a question from the press in about a month. That’s because after the issues involving her campaign tours with staged audiences, she doesn’t want to continue the embarrassment. And the adoring liberal press is willing to let her get away with it.

Thankfully, the federal courts aren’t biased. That’s why a federal judge has agreed to reopen a lawsuit that seeks to gain access to emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server, which was wiped clean.

Judge Reggie B. Walton’s decision against the State Department, supported a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch. The judge agreed that the documents that Clinton kept on her own email server separate from the government should be turned over.

The FBI has sent to Capitol Hill the records of her interview with the agency. Clinton campaign officials now worry that her opponents will leak selected portions of those findings.

Meanwhile, as part of an ongoing public records lawsuit, a federal judge ruled Friday that Clinton must answer under oath written questions from the conservative organization Judicial Watch about the use of the email server. The Clinton campaign sees the lawsuit as right-wing harassment, but the judge’s decision means the email controversy will continue, no doubt through the end of the campaign.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told Fox News on Tuesday that the decision is an “extraordinary development.” He said it could ultimately lead to the department having to “explain itself under oath.”

“This is the first case that’s been reopened,” Fitton told The Washington Times. “It’s a significant development. It points to the fraud by this administration and Mrs. Clinton.”

Previously, the court dismissed Judicial Watch’s request, on the grounds that the documents did not exist.

Judicial Watch is a conservative, non-partisan educational foundation that promotes transparency and accountability in government.

Judicial Watch is nothing more than a right wing organization intent on doing harm to Democrats.

The judge declined the wish of Judicial Watch to have Hillary questioned live under oath. He said Judicial Watch must submit questions and she will have 30 days to answer them in writing.

This was not a full win for the Republicans by any means. Hillary CAN stretch the process out until AFTER Election Day!

Aww, poor Reactionaries!

Thank you.

Let's see if the judge let's her delay until after election. If so, it will not look very good.

Go back to third grade, Allegiance. In your sentence, there should be no apostrophe. Typical Trump retard.

the fact that he placed a 30 day time frame to reply indicates he wants this done on a tight time table.

There would need to be extenuating circumstances to get an extension.
Not impossible.

Federal Court is very different than state courts.

This way can't she farm this out to a dozen lawyers instead of answering on her own?

Since we all know each other I just want to mention that your software should have separated your last two words.

The entire Ruling is " form over substance " a modern day " Kabuki Dance ". A room- full of $1,000 per hour lawyers will draft and redraft responses until they have " Judge- proofed " them then she will sign off and that will be the end of it .
Not right not in the American Spirit but consistent with Liberal Politics .

And who is going to stop them ? No one and the beat will continue .
