While it was very sad that Kathy was raped at 12 years old my heart goes out to her I do remember this coming out years ago. This was HR's first case as a PD and it was unfortunately the luck of the draw. I would challenge any defense lawyer, to stand up and be willing to say on their very first case , and give up their license and say "HE'S GUILTY" it's just not going to happen. Simple fact is everyone is entitled to a defense, and this was years before youngsters were protected in prosecution. NOT CLINTONS FAULT! Many news networks and reliable papers have tried to document the video and have found no videos of Clinton Laughing about getting a rapist off. I feel we can only blame her for what we can blame her for. There is an article discussing this case pertaining to lie detectors and how in- accurate they are.

This sewage must have seeped in from the political forum. I am not for Hilliary but I am not for this kind of garbage either.

WHAT'S TRUE: In 1975, young lawyer Hillary Rodham was appointed to represent a defendant charged with raping a 12-year-old girl. Clinton reluctantly took on the case, which ended with a plea bargain for the defendant, and later chuckled about some aspects of the case when discussing it years later.

WHAT'S FALSE: Hillary Clinton did not volunteer to be the defendant's lawyer, she did not laugh about the case's outcome, she did not assert that the complainant "made up the rape story," she did not claim she knew the defendant to be guilty, and she did not "free" the defendant.

No. The political forum has been intertwined with the regular forum. The poster whose post I responded to was named "Guest". As my mother often told me, I am not as dumb as I look.

If you will look at the time that post was made (5:30PM)...it will give you the first clue.

If you take a minute and look, ALL previous posts prior to the recent upgrade (+-7:00PM)...STILL show 'Guest.'

ONLY those posts since it happened, are showing user names in the Political Forum.

In other words, how would you know that the person posting that (before user names started showing)...was "someone new let in?"

Actually there is an audio file which has been widely published . Hillary was speaking to a woman who she considered to be a confidant -- this woman taped Hillary`s stories including this particular one .

In it Hillary is heard to be laughing about how she managed to get this guy off who in her words " was guilty as hell ". She continues that they perp beat a " polygraph test " and laughed " well ha=ha that`s why I`ll never believe a polygraph .
But she doesn`t stop there in her self-absorbed exuberance she brags about how she made the victim -- the 12 year old girl as responsibile for the crime itself .
It was only after this file emerged and has been widely played that the victim decided to come forward and tell her sad story .

There was an announcement earlier today that the site would be closed for about twenty minutes while they upgraded software. Then when it came back up the political was intermixed with the regular forum. The powers that be keep saying they want to keep it separate. I would be mightily surprised with the level of posts being deleted lately that they would want something this controversial to moderate.
