Default Floor tile instal cost

Can anyone tell me approximately what it would cost to remove laminate flooring and install 18 X 36 porcelain tile. This would be the kitchen, dining, and entertaining are of a standard sized Gardenia. I know the cost of the tile and grout, need a guesstimate on removal and installation cost.

Thanks
Nick

Mess is assumed, hoping someone who had this done will reply with at least a per sq. ft. Estimate

Honestly, this kind of work is not done on a per sq foot its time & material-so many men /per day--the laminate removal is a pussy cat-normally free floods over a membrane--too many variables based on tile cost--who knows how level the slab is at this time--the base has to be perfect - for tile-fo you want it on a diagonal
