Hi Everyone,
I'm so excited as my husband and I have bought a lot to build in the Village of Sumter. Now we just need to try and sell our home!! We presently live in Palm Harbor, Fla. but relocated years ago from Buffalo and Southern Indiana. We've been to TV several times and decided to finally retire. It's so nice to see so many positive things written about TV and so many friendly people. Can't wait for the "experience". Cheryl

Hi Cheryl....Congratulations and welcome. My sister and her family lived in Palm Harbor for many years....a nice area, but I am sure you can't wait to get to TV. We are in So. Florida and looking forward to our permanent move in February.

Yes, it's below Lake Miona close to Cane Gardens. It's very new.

We're building the Chatham. My mother, who is 82, lives with us and the house is split enough to give her (and us) our own space and privacy!!

Yes, right by it. Just to the west!! It's on the bottom west side of Lake Miona. Actually, we didn't even know the name of it until we looked on our lot survey!! We're going to take a ride up there today!! I need a little fill of walking around the square.

Congratulations! We bought a house Friday. It's in the Village of St. Charles. We are on Dove Hollow Run, and close to Pennecamp. We can't be too far from you. We are very excited. This went much faster than we anticipated. I'm sure you will love it here.
