I am really curious about house swaps or rentals here in The Villages.

Do all the occupants of the swapped home or rented home have to be over 18 years old if the exchange is more than 30 days?

I think the minimum age might be 19.

Better check the rules and who is coming before you swap. You might need a lawyer to get them out once they're in. Heard some horror stories about those situations on both ends.
