Default firefighters negotiations

Is there a schedule of the dates and place of the negotiations?

Having negotiated numerous CBA's (on the management side of the table), the last thing that should be allowed would be observers...especially anyone not part of the union or of management.

And I was on the other side of the table. I agree, the last thing that should be allowed would be observers.... but this is Flor-a-duh! Collective bargaining agreement negotiations are open to the public, at least in The Villages.

I was a Secretary of my local United Transportation Union and on the contract negotiating committee for nearly a decade.
The little old ladies used to say how much they supported us.
It was total B.S.
The hand wringing LOL's were only concerned about themselves and how a strike might effect them. Such is liberalism.
Having a bunch of know nothings at a negotiation would be a nightmare.

I was a ibew member for 35 years and a vp for a few years, only key union and key management would be allowed at the meetings.
