To establish the winners, he will use data from a secret bunker in the basement of the White House. The information was acquired by Obama's "report fishy stuff from the internet" squad. TOTV of Florida will be the first venue recognized. The President has granted pardons to Bernie Madoff and Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress so they could serve as co-Obama Award Czars to keep things on the up and up .

Muncle originally declined because he was concerned that certain statutes of limitation may not have expired yet. He was reassured there would be no background checks for Obama Czars. Fumar laughed hysterically and said they must have him confused with one of the Castro brothers. Where is the Great One?

OK,now that was damn funny.

I love the concept and I understand that the NEA, in an effort to reduce the G W Bush inflicted unemployment curse, has commissioned a new Statue of Limitations to be built in every municipality where unemployment exceeds 15%. Pundits have warned Congress and the NEA that it is "Statute of Limitations", not "Statue of Limitations" but Harry & Nancy said they just don't have time to read the entire bill right now but that it will be fixed in committee.

And if I'm going to be designated as one, I want it to be Tsar, not Czar.
