My first Response is why do you single out one poster with the intent to inflict shame?

My second response is why do you assume the high moral ground?

My third response is according to recent stories, given in this day and age of cut/copy/paste and with an instant access of encyclopedia of information via google wikipedia the national trend is to do all of the above.

My suggestion is that if you want to take aim then speak to the issue that too many of us have become too reliant on these methods to make our point. But please be kind enough and show courtesy respect and understanding of [t]he problem and not point a finger at one individual

I’m not sure if you fully realize the extent of personal attacks, bullying and harassment this one poster has inflicted on other posters going back at least 8 years. I quick google search will verify this. The latest subject of her vileness was directed toward someone who no longer wants contact with her, she was put on his ignore list as well as unfriended on Facebook. There are many interwoven threads that may appear unconnected if not followed but complete a picture if personally involved. Attacking a posters political beliefs spills into attacking that person personally given what the attacker knows about their personal life. Some people are more trusting of others and the predators seek those people out first by friending them, finding out all they can about them and finally when the moment is right hold that person hostage to unwarranted attacks and emotional abuse. Some take the direct approach and hit with all their might, others take a more passive aggressive and subtle approach and sadistically play cat and mouse so as to entertain their narcissistic needs. You’re intelligent Rubicon, you must see what’s going on. None of us are innocent and we all play with one another in a give and take but we all live to fight another day.
I despise bully’s. As a child I was bullied unmercifully both at school and in my neighborhood. I was overweight with certain family issues that made me a mark for vicious unrelenting attacks. Again, I’m not innocent. At times I take pleasure in doing what bully’s have done to me. I’m human as all of us are and sensitive perhaps too much to the point where I react too quickly and just as vicious as my tormentors were to me.
I take no moral high ground, simply a level playing field and ask the predators to suppress their impulses and leave those whose sensitivities rule their lives be left alone, if that’s what they choose.

I am very aware of this poster's passive-aggressive tendencies. And of the many people who left Talk of the Villages because of them in whole or in part. They seem happier on Facebook though.

The bullying on here just gets worse and worse even with it appearing like there were removals of a few of the worst offenders. That might just be wishful thinking on my part, however.

What I do not understand is that the IGNORE LIST is there and should be used if someone has problems with what others are posting. You need not look at it at all. But instead the harassment and bullying continues unabated.

My Mom had a flu when was born so I had speech and co-ordination problems early in life and suffered through a great deal of bullying. I did not expect, however, to encounter the same kind of mental cruelty from people who look like they are all over 60 or so with some exceptions.

It is true.

I, unlike her, cannot pscyho analyze her as she has me on a number of occasions, thus I have no idea of her motivation. She seems to be under the spell of Rubicon for one when it comes to what is happening in the world, and that alone would cause you to lose touch with reality.

She does not take well to any criticism at all,but is quick to offer her criticism of anyone based on knowing nothing whatsoever.

She has, as I can attest to, gathered people to attack, although she finds that justified. A number of years ago, I was enlisted and did partake for which I have apologized many times.

Rubicon is quick to sermonize us all, but not so fast to take his own advice. His record of honesty on here is sketchy at best.

But these two will march on, thinking they are a bit above us all. Gracie has, on here publicly, questioned my life and what i do....on a political forum she does this.

She has hurt many and seems to enjoy just that bragging to others.

Sad but thanks for having the guts to say what you said.

It would improve the quality here if both Rubicon and Gracie would stick to politics and to facts, instead of looking down on everyone, judging and labeling.

Of course they put anyone who disagrees with them on IGNORE so chance are they will never read this.

To RUBICON...that is why she is singled out as are you. You both are preachers with ZERO listening skills. You drive folks to attack because you always feel you are on the side of right, when in fact your accusations and attacks fall well short of right most times.

I do go after the President. I believe in morals, honesty and find him to be dishonest with the american people, mean spirited to the hilt.

I, unlike you praise the media for not buckling into the attempt at bullying and lying.
