Smile His Cart Stinks !!!!

My neighbor has a gas golf cart just a few years old, but it STINKS really, really badly when he uses it of exhaust fumes. He asked to use mine for this reason. Stated he had it looked at, but was told to run High Test gas..
He is thinking about trading / selling but doesn't want someone to have his same problems....

Any ideas what I should tell him about fixing this issue ??

Having it looked at means nothing.
BY WHOM?

It could be soooo many things. I would take it in for a tune up. They will check that the carburetor, choke, are all working properly. As well as checking that his exhaust is not leaking into the passenger compartment.

How can you tell that an electric carts is approaching you in the dark. It's the one with no lights on because the battery is going dead.

I have NO idea. This bit of information was only relayed to me. A mechanic I would think because there is a sticker on the body stated "Serviced" and "DATE".
