Default Harbor Lights

Pathetic! That is as close to a positive review I can get.

Don't waste your time driving there! Period.

View nice

Buffet, out of 10 I'd give it a 3.

Sorry you didn't enjoy! When we decide to go there we go at 4pm on Thursday - everything fresh and hot out of the kitchen! Hubs loves a turkey leg now and then!

Love Harbor Lights but Catfish Johnny’s is my favorite. Butterfly shrimp, cheese gris and hush puppues are the best!

We like going to Harbor Lights once in a while. Their meats are always so tender and moist! Ham, turkey roast beef, carved for you. Delicious. And I love their home made noodles and real mashed potatoes. I don't bother with their salads or deserts, but their pineapple fritters are a wonderful sweet bite at the end of the meal.

Just checked out their menu and website. I think we’ll give it a try. Roast Turkey is a favorite of mine.

We have been there 3 times including thanksgiving and the food is excellent. The building is old, the view is very nice overlooking the lake, the help is very friendly, they have a pretty good full bar, they always have beef along with at least one other meat if not 2 others, homemade soups, deserts, etc. and all for $12.95. They also offer crab legs at a higher price based on market price. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a good meal at a reasonable price and it definitely floats my boat. I would take Harbor over "MOST" of the country club restaurants in TV any time. Pathetic is a strong word, and if you didn't like Harbor you might as well stay out of Catfish Johnny's and Jimbos, O'Shucks, and Oakwood Express in Wildwood as they have the same old atmosphere, good food at reasonable prices. I'll be going back and so will many others that enjoy Harbor Lights.

We love going to Harbor Lights. We always go for the seafood on the weekends. Hubby doesn't add the crab legs, but I do. The food is brought out in small batches so it's fresher & hot. The shrimp & clam chowder are very good.

Same here. We're still on our diet but we do indulge once in a blue moon so we will give it a shot.

Fortunately, we can sustain life with something other than "fine dining" establishments; some people can't.

They also have great ham and bean soup. I don't understand why someone starts a thread to criticize a nice little restaurant. Sometimes attitude can make a meal bad. I always give a restaurant a second chance before I decide not to return and would never start a critical thread unless it had bugs or rodents running around. After nearly 40 years of running that place they know what they are doing. They make a nice solid cocktail too at a reasonable price.

I think it’s safe to say that they would not still be around if they couldn’t produce an enjoyable product.

The food seems to be a replica of Golden Corral. Not a favorite.
