Default Village of St. Charles - Reedy Creek Pl

We are considering a lot on Reedy Creek Pl. Wondering if those of you in that area can tell me how much traffic that road gets? Also wondering, what is the closest grocery store to the Village of St. Charles area.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Do ya like the sound of trains? You should be able to hear the trans coming and going in Wildwood and if the commuter train ever gets built the number of trains will increase by I think three but not sure. For your information the tracks are between 301/35 and The Villages.

Oh yes, I am worried about that too! But I see there are newer villages west for Reedy Creek Place, Buttonwood & Tamirind Grove. I thought all the houses would block the noise. Any feel for areas to stay away from or how far west is as far as you would go?

I did not know about the commuter train....thanks!

There are lots of people on TOTV who live near Reddy Creek who can give you the real scoop.

PS = I'm not even sure that this rail line is the one proposed for new commuter service. Could be wrong though.

Default Train

I live in Bonita, Canal & Odell if my windows are open or it's a clear day I can hear the train. No big deal.

The commuter train will not go to Wildwood the rerouted freight trains will.

Just an aside, but did you know that Disney World is in Reedy Creek Development District? http://www.rcid.org/

My head is full of this useless information

Smile St. Charles

We live in St. Charles and love it. Maybe it's me, but I don't hear trains. I think Sweetbay's is the closest store, but Colony is very easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Very friendly neighborhood.

Default Reedy Creek Place

I live on Reedy Creek Place. Traffic is light and it's a great location. I use Publix for grocerys located at Colony Plaza. About 14 minuets in golf cart. Very late at night you might hear the faint sound of the train, no problem. Their are only three house lots left on the street. Houses are very well built, the Villages would not have it any other way. Everything is done right the first time.
Hope this helps with your dicision making. Better Hurry.
Regards -
Jim
