Default Fenney is almost entirely sold out.

And the reports I read on this forum are that the folks who chose to move there are enjoying their lives in The Villages South.

I was tired of reading the other title about cracked foundations.

Fresh off the press there is possibly room for one more Fenney resident now that Whitey has vacated. Also reports (not to be confused with rumors) may suggest that building has been curtailed until the cracked foundation investigation is completed.

Building has not curtailed, there are no spec lots left in Fenney to build on. DeSoto is down to just spec homes and they are building away on the spec lots that are left. McLure is building up rapidly, no signs of slowing down at all. It's amazing how it changes here on an almost daily basis. Whitey will be missed, he was a big draw down here, sort of an evil folk hero of days gone bye.

On a percentage basis, Fenney may be "almost" sold out. But there are most certainly still homes for sale. I would say the better way to put it is "Fenney is almost entirely built out". Great idea to redirect from all of the quarry talk though.

As for Whitey, he was already gone from down this way when he was killed. He had already been moved, temporarily, from Coleman to another facility and, upon arrival at the next facility, he was killed.

Yep and he was just getting ready to enjoy some cooler weather. I didn't realize that the prison is in Sumpterville, I always saw it noted as being in Coleman.

It doesn't surprise me at all of the success of the Morse family developing skills.

South of 44 is a little to rustic for me but it will be fully developed in xx years. I'm sure there will be a fourth square and a couple of strip malls for area residents.

I'm just speculating, as the last time I looked, the Morse didn't ask me for my input.

If I had to travel to Orlando a lot, Fenney would be great. When they get down to Masscotte or Ferndale I may considering moving?
