Maybe they are ADD?
Actually, I have adult ADD and when I am trying to focus it helps me to play a computer game as it filters all other distractions out. It is when I can listen best. Kinestetic learners do this or doodle while listening. Actually, one of those pictured is my rep so I will send him an email asking if he is.
  I am sure he will answer me. LOL
