I'm pretty sure that this has been colorized. It's fun to watch however.

I recognized some of it as I was there off and on from 1947 visiting my grandmother. She took me up and down Wilshire Blvd then and into the 1950s. . I think one of the gas stations in the video had a big sign for 9 cent gasoline.
