Does anyone know anything about the oversized house on Perez Place? Looks like a renovation gone wild. I'm just wondering how they got permits to do that, unless maybe it's going to be a house of worship. If I lived on that street I would be pretty ticked off!

The plans evidently met all of the required criteria and were approved last September after the original home was on fire in 2019. It may well help add to the value of other homes on the street.

No way could it raise value of other houses on street, have you seen it? I serious think it takes away from that street. I feel sorry for the neighbors on the right(as you face the house), it towers over their house now. Maybe I'm the crazy one but I'm very glad I don't live on that street. But to each his own. 😀
