Does a home that was built (2015) in The Villages have a warranty, specifically for thermo-pane windows that have lost the seal?

If there is some department within The Villages organization I can call to find out, just point me in their direction and I will contact them.

I think the windows may have a 10 year warranty. Call The Villages warranty department, 352-753-7969.

I looked into a leaking seal replacement under warranty and was told “only the glass was warranted. $200 labor to put it in.” So it really isn’t a warranty so to speak.
