Default Sawgrass Grove by golf cart to Magnolia Plaza

Is there going to be a way to get to Magnolia Plaza by cart (near Warm Springs and Megisson)? Right now we have to drive all the way to the Waterlily bridge down by Brownwood, and then all the way back. I don't know if the Bexley bridge would resolve that.

The new bridge will be the way across the turnpike on that side of the community. Your trip will be much shorter.

Yes, the Bexley Bridge replacement (Southern Oaks Bridge) will reduce that trip distance significantly.

I asked a real estate agent when Bexley will be finished. He said spring 2023. That seems a bit slow. It only took 13.5 months to build the Empire State Building. Does anyone know how long it took to build the other bridges? From start to finish?

There's a lot more red tape today...

John Stossel did a great piece on just that...

Having to deal with the Turnpike Authority muddies the water considerably.

It’s different than all the other bridges they have built, this 1 is for both cars and golf carts

Because the bridge will carry cars the state will not let TV build it. The state will contract and oversee construction and theTV
Pays the cost. That will most likely cause delays.

I go all the way down Morse cart trail over the Chitty Chatty bridge to Meggison to Magnolia Plaza.

Sorry. Disregard. Wrong Area I was thinking of.
