The only buffet that I know of is Mission Inn in Howie in the Hills. Locally all of the Asian restaurants are open.

Based on the large number of restaurants having Thanksgiving turkey dinners this year I think you'll see some of them open for Christmas too, would all depend on the willingness of employees. Harbor Lights had a Christmas buffet for years but cover put them out of business last year.
