The first thing you need is ARC approval. The ones I've seen look very tacky and cheap. I found myself wondering how ARC would ever allow it.

I have never seen brick, but have seen STONE facades which look very nice, but as noted above, get ARC approval first. I do not know who did the work, I do not remember the sign that was up while the work was being done.

We've had two neighbors who have had the stone facade put on their homes. Both look great. I will get the contractor info on who did theirs.

I have only seen homes built that way, have never seen any added after the fact.

There are 3 homes on my street that have added the rock front. The homes are 11 years old.
