Q3 2022 versus Q3 2021 (real estate sales are seasonal):
Pre-owned homes — the number of units sold has fallen but the average price is almost 25% higher ($487k versus $394k). The number of days on the market is much higher (35 versus 16). New homes — the number of units sold has fallen but the average price is higher ($432k versus $381k). The number of days on the market has fallen somewhat (9 versus 12). Q3 Market Update 2021 |
