My wife and I have both been in the real estate industry in many capacities for over 4 decades, and have multiple houses in The Villages.
I would highly recommend Liz Saunders (352-561-6053)
She is a highly experienced and successful broker who has her own firm here. She also has a staging company. IMO, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

I cannot say enough about Wayne Machol. He helped design our house we built in 2021. He knew more than the designer. We had him list the house in 2022 and it sold in one day! It never hit the MLS. He sent to a few agents. The agent that brought the buyer did nothing. Wayne knew the house from top to bottom. He has a great personality and now has a team with his wife and son.
