Default Dentist recommendations

I have read before dentist recommendations but now need to change as mine does not accept UHC.
Just want routine cleanings and checkups. Not interested in any cosmetic just basic. I have always had 2-3 cleanings per year to stay in good dental health.

We have UHC and are very pleased with Oaks Dental. They are in network. We want and receive basic good dental care. Office near Glenview Country Club off Buena Vista.

Looking at the UHC dental plans, the least expensive plan costs $507 per year in premiums, but the maximum annual benefit is $1,000. Is that correct? I don't understand why someone would buy a plan like that.

I use Dr. Chris Lunsford in Leesburg, but he doesn't accept any dental insurance.

Another vote for Oaks Dental next to Glenview CC tennis facility. Can get there by golf cart.

We have dental in our UHC Advantage plan. That's probably what the OP means. Besides he was asking about dentists that take UHC, not a commentary on insurance plans.

Many good dentists take UHC, including ours back in Indiana.

I think some folks are certain that they will ring up at least $1,000 in covered benefits during a year. Paying $507 to get a certain $1,000 benefit is still a good deal. It doesn't take many services to get to $1,000 in benefits paid to a dentist. If the services are done early in the year, some people may cancel their dental plan after the yearly max is met.
