Default Looking for fitness help!

Relatively new villager and am trying to get back into racquet sports. Have not played since a young age. My biggest challenge is in having poor flexibility and quick burst speed due to years of sedentary lifestyle before becoming a Villager. I am looking for some form of fitness training/help that would focus on flexibility and agility. Any suggestions on such trainers or services in the area? Thanks in advance.

For flexibility, there are many yoga classes in TV. I recommend TV fitness gyms which have 7 locations. No trainers. All the cardiovascular machines and weights. There is a summer special of 3 months for $100. We're members and go twice a week. At Genesis gyms there are trainers available. Locations in Spanish Springs and Brownwood. Good luck; it's a wonderful goal.

If you have United Healthcare Medicare Supplement, then you can go to many of the area gyms like Genisis in Spanish Springs and Brownwood for no cost to you.
