My husband and I have just passed our 7-week anniversary here in The Villages after a crazy three month journey of a leave-it-all-behind exit from our former beloved home.

It was very hard to go back to ready our house there for sale after closing here. But we managed to make it back in three weeks!

If you came to TOTV to wax positive about The Villages, you're in the wrong place.

I'm kidding, but I'm not. I joined this site as soon as I arrived almost two years ago and, if I took it seriously, would quickly believe I've made a huge mistake.

But I live life here and know better. Like you, I'm happy with my choice.
