Default need to buy panama hat

is there a store in the villages or the general area where my husband can go to purchase a dress panama hat? we're going to a beach wedding and he has the shirt, slax and sandals - but he's missing the hat!

[told him he will be wearing the same outfit for halloween this year!]

Default Panama hats

I would look at the Golf courses and maybe try Bealls outlet. They have womens hats.

thanx, sally. been to bealls and outlet; been to belk - nothing - closest was more the casual construction than a true men's hat. never thought of the pro shops - will call some tomorrow!

I seem to remember that Banner Mercantile in Lake Sumter Landing had them.

My husband got one at Havana CC a few months ago; I would check there and other country clubs, as suggested above.

While you can check the CC's and search online, I would prefer to go direct to the source. The Villages FloridaThe Villages Florida

If you go to the source you'll be heading to Ecuador. I got one there that rolls up and fits in a neat box.

I bought mine at Tommy Bahama at the Millenium Mall in Orlando. It's also correct that all true Panama Hats are made in Ecuador. Hats are coming very much back in fashion. I love mine!
