Isn't that an Endocrinologist? Dr.Hamilton Fish in Leesburg is one.

Diabetes is part of what an Endocrinologist does. More specifically the Endo is a physician who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the endocrine system. i.e. Thyroid. I've seen one for Osteopenia which is a lesser form of Osteoporosis.
