Are you the lady who sat across the dinner table from us at the USMC birthday ball? The one who loudly exclaimed "OMG, You're not actually going to EAT that, are you?" as 3 at our table were served prime rib..... 'zat you, Darlin'?

I have a plan, hope I stick to it. Since I will be away from TV I have to adjust my workout routine. Plan what you'll eat and you'll eat what you plan. I know it sounds boring , but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Enjoy the day.

I think I'll be good for Thanksgiving - only because I will be just getting off a cruise and will need a few days to digest all that food. (Burp)

I am not a lady. Ha! Zat not me. And, no, I would never make such a comment to anyone, especially at the occasion of a birthday ball. That was just plain rude! It's never my intention to be rude, I just hapen to be very opinionated on this subject. Health and nutrition is my hobby.
