Being from upstate NY we just got rid of about 3 inches of snow today. It's such a pleasure to see the brilliant colored flowers in TV. Can't wait to move when I can see them every day! Thanks for posting....

Just remember that the special assessment added to your tax bill every year pays for the replacement of those flowers 4 times a year. My asessment is about $425 a year.
