Default Villas South of 466a?

There are no new villa neighborhoods open south of 466a and they aren't showing villas as an option to build. Did they stop building villas or are they holding off for now?

Not sure Campy, but my speculation is that they want to finish up selling all new inventory north of 466A before they start building CYV's south. Again, just speculation.

If you go to thevillages.com/map/newneighborhood.htm#, there is a section in Sanibel that looks like it is penciled in for courtyard villas. It is right off of Fenwick Loop, in Sanibel 197. The previous poster is probably correct that they will wait until the inventory is cleared out before building here.

They are still building CYV along St. Charles in St. James village. So I would assume it may be awhile before they start south of CR 466A.

There are CYV walls already up south of 466A. As others have stated, TV is probably wanting to sell what inventory they already have before starting any new villa sections up.

There appears to be 5 Villas already defined in the Villages of Sanibel and Charlotte (with the villa walls already erected):

Unit 942
Unit 945
Unit 947 Lauren Villas
Unit 948 Lindsey Villas
Unit 949 Megan Villas
Unit 950 Paige Villas

There are also several more in The Village of Fernandina, and assume that there are more to be built for each of the new Villages south of 466A.

We are hoping to purchase a courtyard villa in the next 6 months...bungalow, 3 bedrooms...love the ones in haciendas mission hills but I am not sure about the location...has anyone seen the villas going up in Sanibel? 3 or 4 of them are finally listed for sale today as under construction, no pictures and the map is broad...we won't make it down until September...I would love to know the general location....thanks

We are in Mission Hills and I can't imagine a better location. 5 minutes from LSL and 10 minutes from Spanish Springs. Easy access to shopping on 466 and 27/441. Some of the lots with back yards against 466 may have road noise and it will be a distance to Brownwood but for now I can't imagine a better location. oh, and you will have great neighbors.

I could be wrong but the last time I was there In The Villages we took a golf cart ride to Bonifay for dinner and I remember driving through a patio villa neighborhood and I was comparing the difference to our villa....So I am sure there are villas there but I don't remember the name of the streets they were on...
