Default Bill's popcorn getting cold

Anybody notice Bill's popcorn is cold? I think he and Brillo may be in the darklight in Ohio after that big storm. I read 2/3 of OH was without power at one point. I called some friends up there west of Columbus and they were out a couple of days.
Let's hope they're OK. Trees are down.

My wife was voicing the same concern to me this morning! I hope all's well!

You guys are amazing! I swear I could die in my house and my neighbors wouldn't notice the absence unless it directly affected them! Wow!

Trouble is after a few hours it runs out of gas and with no power the gas stations can't pump gas to refill the tank. Ask me how I know this!

I'm used to long outages because of hurricanes so I converted my generator to natural gas and just hook it up to the gas line and never have to fill it. Sure makes the neighbors jealous though!

He is in the dark up there in his part of Ahia. He messaged us from out of the area where he could get a signal. He has a generator to keep stuff cold in his fridge. He said they had some strong winds. His place is undamaged.

He and Sandy are great Ohio peeps.

Thanks Gracie. I just got a message from my secret source that also confirms yours and was told they might not have power for 8 more days. They have been near 100 degrees up there this week. Nice to be in the cool South!
It was only 95 here today!

Glad to hear Bill and Sandy are OK with no damage to their home.

I'm thinking he is not on-line as his modem may have gotten fried seeing that he has a generator.

Just sayin.........

Even with generator power he would still have to have a working signal line like phone line or cable and those are probably down and out as well. You know he'd be on here if he could!

I forgot about the phone lines.

I became very concerned for Bill and Sandy.

What a nice thread, CaptJohn. And here's some good news. I spoke with Bill earlier this evening. His power is back on! Probably has some popcorn poppin' as we speak.

Gee, I hope Bill comes on TOTV tonight to see this thread. If not, guess one of us should pop, I mean bump it when he's back online so he will see that he was missed. I wonder if his ears are popping?
