Looks like we are in for some nice tax increase when this kicks in:
Americans for Tax Reform : Obamacare?s first birthday commemorates twenty one new or higher taxes Even if it's not personal, who do you think will end up paying for the increase, you guessed right, just go look in the mirror. Thanks to President Obama, the Dems and the Repubs, they are all the same. |

i love the last one:
"21. Codification of the “economic substance doctrine”(Tax hike of $4.5 billion). This provision allows the IRS to disallow completely-legal tax deductions and other legal tax-minimizing plans just because the IRS deems that the action lacks “substance” and is merely intended to reduce taxes owed. Bill: Reconciliation Act; Page: 108-113" |

What's even more aggravating (too mild a description for me) is that they're all spending even faster than they're figuring out how to get the revenues to pay for their spending. Congress is like the guy who got laid off, but keeps borrowing more and more on his credit cards to get all the stuff he wants. But I gotta say again--this is happening on Obama's watch, but for half the time the Democrats had control and the Republicans had the checkbook for the other half of his administration. The POTUS signs 'em, but he can't pass a single spending bill. |

I would modify the statement they keep on borrowing more as it implies a conscious act of borrowing. My view is they do not hink about it for one second.
More like they have a credit card that in fact does have a limit, but because they are elected officials they do not have to worry about the balance....EVER....HENCE THE SPENDING CONTINUES UNINTERRUPTED....even though they see the red balance each month growing larger and larger. No accountability....no responsibility.....no conscience....business as usual. btk |

And....not a single budget has been passed by the Democrat Controled Senate in over 3 years.
They know it would be so bad with spending and tax increases, that Harry Reid will not let it happen. That is, until Barry gets another term. |

A budget is a plan. A commitment. An expectation.
All foreign terms or concepts to those currently in office in Washington! A leader with ANY financial reason or understanding would demand a budget to understand where they actually are or have to be. The key operative that is missing is LEADER....we have none. btk |

Really have not had one for the past 40 years or so. All of them have been the same, just different letter after their name.

" Fiscal Year 2011 Discretionary Spending: $19.918 billion Fiscal Year 2012 House Spending: $17.081 billion Fiscal Year 2012 Senate Spending: Security: $1.750 billion* Non-Security: $18.030 billion Total: $19.780 billion *Includes PL 480 and McGovern-Dole Food for Education Program." News That press release indicates to me, however feeble, that the Dem controlled Senate outspent the Republican controlled house. But open to corrections as it makes no nevermind...spending is nuts. |

Mitt Romney admits today the health care mandate is only a tax when President Obama does it. When he imposed the same fees for the same law, it was a penalty. Glad we finally got that straight.
