How hard is it to get jobs at the golf courses? Is there a lot of turn over in the jobs or not? I read new golf courses will be opening up in the fall, they will be hiring for that.

I believe in order to be a golf ambassador you need to be an experienced alligator wrestler.

I filled out an application in Nov. 2011 (9 months ago) and just got notified for a pre-screening meeting being held next week. If you get thru the pre-screening session with multiple candidates, you'll have an individual interview.

I've heard that if you list on your resume
That your major was Proctology in college you have a much better chance of being hired . It comes in handy dealing with all the As on the golf course

You start out very happy and excited but that is soon overtaken by grumpiness almost immediately after spending some time on the course with our "happy" residents.

I don't golf, however my job requires me to spend a lot of time on the courses in the Villages. Every Ambassador (except 1) are great, and extremely helpful. The one may have just been having a bad day. So if a debt of graduate for the job you guy's do has been over looked. Let me say thank you for the job you do.
