Went to Katie Belles for an event with 6 people. EVERYONE left their food on their plate the food was so awful

But wasn't the atmosphere wonderful with all the Oak designed wood etc. We love it and go quite often. Katie Belles is a real treat with the live entertainment. We have had some good, not great food there, but never awful. You must have caught them on the cooks day off. I recommend you carry a bottle of hot sauce whenever you dine out and if the food is bad, just splash some on and go for it.

All 6 had bad meals, paid for them & then left them ? Did you talk to anyone about it ?

The only thing I have had at Katie Belles is their fried fish sandwich at lunch---it is really good, Their french fries are also the best. I go for entertainment---atmosphere--- Always take company there at lunch and so far everyone has followed our advice and gotten the fish sandwich with no complaints

I may well have posted similar comments before. I think, however, that an initial impression, no matter how old it may be, is worth keeping in view!

Shortly after I closed here in January 2005, my brother and his family demanded that I take them to Katie Belle's considering that I was now a Villager and could do so! We were so disappointed in the experience that we have never gone again!

The decibel level was unbelievably horrible! No accommodations were met for my wheel-chair-bound sister-in-law. Rude staff. Marginal food. Unbearably crowded seating!

Yes, that's years ago, but my family never even suggested that I use my privileges as a Villager ever again!

And, frankly, to this day, I will not go there!

There you go again. complaining about food orders 6 of 6. Yet you paid the billt and never complained to the manager. why didn't you hunt down the manager and have him walk you through step by step of their process starting from when they order their product and for whom to the storing, cooking, distributing to customers. Don't they keep records of other people either praising them or complaining...and did they open their records to you

Of course you did the right thing. Katie Belle's been around for a long time now and they know exactly what they are and where they make money and they could care less what you think. They have a monopoly

We have always enjoyed the music, people, and food. Never had a bad experience and have been going there for about 6 years.

Boy this topic seems to come up quite often. We didn't get there this summer. We sort of want to when we come back. But a loud club atmosphere certainly wouldn't hold any interest for us. So, maybe we'll have to settle for the other 999 things to do. I do wonder why they don't improve the food. Even those of you who like the place describe the food as average.

Last time, ever, that I went to an event at KB, I would describe the food as worse than awful. Complaining is a lost cause because that's the regular crap they serve, especially at events. I agree, pay the bill, don't ever go back annd tell all your friend who might be smart enough to care and believe you.
