Default Foreclosure 1586 Lyman Way Sunset Pt.

Our street has a Camelia designer home in foreclosure. It is on a cul de sac near Heron and Pelican golf course. The mortgage is with Citizens' First. The address is 1586 Lyman Way, Sunset Pointe, 6 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing, The Villages, if you are interested.
Best, Carol

A Camellia is the stick version of the block and stucco Gardenia. Around 1930 sq. ft.

Default Floor plan

The Camellia is the same as the Begonia only in frame. The name for that plan now is the Sunflower.

That was my mistake ..about the Camellia being the Sunflower now. Does anyone remember what model name was changed to the Sunflower. What was it called with the inside golf cart garage? We looked at them before but now I can't remember...senior moment!

Thanks, Gracie. We have been here for about 8 years so I have lost track of all of the names that morph every so often.....
