I love it,,, wish I had the discipline.

There is a Yoga instructor in our own MVP Fitness that I believe is in her 80's. Quite impressive.

I hope to be able to be in the shape these people are in when I'm their age. Right now I'm 54 do interval sprinting 4 times a week, lift heavy weights on a split routine 5 days a week, walk 40 to 50 miles a week and swim laps 3 - 4 times a week, of course living in TV I also play golf, dance and many other things on a less structured basis. God willing and if my health hold up I will be able to do all of this and more in another 20 years. I know this I'm stronger, faster, in better overall health now than I was in my 20's so I have every reason to believe this trend will continue.
