After a lazy day doing nothing, hubby and I ventured out for a drive. Mushrooms everywhere! Hmmmm! I love mushrooms! Maybe I need to find a good recipe, lol!

Many of the mushrooms around are poisonous. You really need a mushroom book or an expert to tell you which are good for eating. Some look very close to the others and one can be poison and the other one not.

Yeah, I know. I am not eating them. Wonder why there are so many? Stupid post, I have been informed of this by DougB. He has a funny joke, maybe he will post it! It is good!

I also noticed all the mushrooms. It brought me back to when I was a little kid and my Italian grandfather would take me out mushrooming. Somehow, he knew which ones we could eat and which ones we couldn't.
