Default Banjo Lessons

I have always wanted to learn how to play the banjo and husband bought one for me, he always does things like that. I'm looking for someone who might teach Banjo lessons. My husband attended a class at the Life Long Learning College for acoustic guitar but I haven't be able to find anyone who teaches Banjo. Any info would be appreciated.

Default Me too!

After visiting Pidgeon Forge just last week I decided myself to take up the Banjo and should have one delivered early next week. It does come with a teaching DVD but I would be interested in lessons also. Thanks

I've often heard perfect pitch defined as the sound made by an accordion as it smashes into a banjo at the bottom of a dumpster.

Please don't take offense. Just a little musicians humor.

I've always wanted to play, too. As Steve Martin once said, a banjo makes anything you say happy.
