If you liked American House of Cards, watch the British version, available on Netflix. As good as the American version. Agree on Orange is the new Black. Are they doing another season of that?

Yes, a third season of OITNB is in the works. Not sure when it's due for release.

Where we live (currently not in TV), one of our PBS stations is currently featuring the British version, which starts as "House of Cards", then becomes "To Play The King", and finishes as "The Final Cut". It is the continuing series and these titles are each four episodes. A stellar television series.
