Default Blue Bloods

There are only two episodes left in the final season of Blue Bloods. I was thinking about what will happen during these episodes. I think that the following will happen.

Frank will leave the NYPD probably deciding to retire.
The last scene will be Sunday dinner with all of the family there.
Eddie will announce that she is pregnant.

Other possible surprises are.

Erin will start dating her ex.
Danny and Baez will start getting together.

What do you think will happen?

I directed an episode of that show. Great group of people. Tom has an interesting schedule. Nearly every drama has an 8 day shoot schedule. Tom was telling me how his schedule was last 4 days of an episode then the first 4 days so he gets a big chunk of time off to go home. Also fun fact. You can’t shoot him standing or sitting. He has to ALREADY be either standing or sitting and you can’t shoot him getting in/out of a car. I had all these in my episode and was told I had to not shoot that on camera and also, never have him look to the left because it hurt his back. There you go…. Fun Blue Bloods info for the day….. Donnie is probably one of the nicest actors I’ve ever worked with too, including his brother who I worked with on a show called Entourage

I'm not a fan of Tom. I like the rest of the cast. His reverse mortgage commercials are offensive to me. I also think when I lived in LA his brother was involved in some kind of real estate scandal. I know that's not him but I just don't care for him.

We've watched the show from the beginning. VERY well done IMO. Tom has rheumatoid arthritis---probably the reason why they want him either sitting or standing. It's an insidious disease that can affect all parts of the body. It's not Grandma's disease as "some" like to think. We also used to watch Tom in the Hawaii show back in the day. Wonder if they'll bring back the other grandson as well as the granddaughter for the finale??

I've heard Donnie is a pleasure, but don't know him. When Mark & his real "entourage", are back in Boston, we see him fairly often for golf. When filming Daddy's Home 2, we had the posse for golf, almost every day. Great guys.

Wow thanks for your post. Could you share your other show business adventures?

Yes on the first three. I think Erin has been dating Jack and might announce that they're going to remarry. I'd like to see Danny get together with Jackie, his former partner. They had great chemistry.

<< His reverse mortgage commercials are offensive to me. >>

You say that because either you don't understand reverse mortgages or you believe the myths about them--or both. The reverse mortgage has spared a lot of seniors from eating cat food while still retaining their homes.

A fundamental question that I ask people when I'm gauging their intellectual honesty is to describe for me what the evidence would need to look like for them to alter a given position that they hold.

I think they all will be at the dinner table and there will be a huge explosion and they will all be killed - so sad but that is a possibility.

We had a "wake" (at the family dinner) for Henry/Pops - he didn't want to wait until he was dead for people to talk about what he meant to them. I think we are going to be gathered at his funeral in the last episode.

If someone ask me what is your favorite all time television series, Blue Bloods would be at or near number one. It’s when the family gathers around the dinner table that makes the difference. If that isn’t the final scene it should be IMHO.

Reverse mortgages come with costs people do not understand.

In any case why watch commercials, just DVR and fast forward thru them.

Been a favorite of ours for many years. We will miss it. Hope to see a spinoff.
