I see no problem with a radio or speakers in the golf cart, as long as they're not used on the golf course. Great for cruising around though.

Use your phone with a Bluetooth speaker.

My son refurbishes golf carts so he can put in a radio. Private message me.

The one accessory we did not get on our golf cart were speakers. I think people who want to listen to music should take their car, it has windows they can roll up. It is not nice to force people to listen to your choice of music when probably no one else likes it. Like gas fumes, it is pollution.

the sound of the birds, the sound of the wind, the sound of happy people talking. Yes, I don’t want to hear someone’s lousy choice of music. Confession: What I used to do in an apartment condo in Hawaii when people went out on their lanai and insisted on being really loud not caring for the next door lanai trying to enjoy the sunset. I’d listen to their conversation or their music then bring out my Bose high watt set onto my lanai and select something I knew they would hate. It usually took 2 songs, have you heard “Baby Shark” on a loop for example? It is used in Honolulu to move homeless people from where they should not be. Children love the song, adults hate it. Then we’d be back to quiet again. Last edited by Velvet; 03-13-2022 at 02:39 PM. |

Just keep the volume at a reasonable level and everyone (well, obviously not "everyone") will be happy... Quick story... I was playing golf with my future son in law back in February. An older gentleman pulled up behind us as we were waiting to tee off. I invited hime to join us, He declined, sayin he liked to take extra shots (we were the last groups of the day) and he asked if his music bothered us, that he would turn it down if it did... I replied, "Absolutely not! Who doesn't like Pure Prairie League"? As "Amie" was playing... We then got into a conversation about the band, Vince Gill, Linda Rondstadt, The Eagles... He offered us a drink from his "cart bar" and I learned about the wonders of "Burnt Peach Moonshine"... All because of a song... Helluva nice guy!
