There needs to be a way to ask the seller a question before making a buy commitment. E-Bay has that, Panjo does not. At least not a way that is obvious to me and I am sure others.
You can contact the seller. The location of that button is poor. We have a cosmetic facelift coming in about 3 weeks. Today, if you scroll down to the information about the seller, there is a button that says, "Send Message." In a few weeks, we are placing that button right next to the buy button and it will more obviously read, "Message Seller." Thanks for your feedback. We are listing and responding as fast as we can. Please keep the feedback coming.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I purchased (or attempted to purchase) an item here and as yet have had no follow up contact from the seller to arrange to complete the transaction. The item was listed for sale two days ago and I used the Buy Now button within the first hour. It has been two days so far with no contact from the seller. How long do you think would be a "reasonable" period to wait before I pursue other purchase options? Personally, if I am not contacted within one week from the date I agreed to purchase I will no longer consider myself obligated to follow through with the sale.

Another great feature is you can 'rate' sellers. This will hopefully help users know who is a good seller as well.

YES! I haven't been able to get a response in weeks! TOTV says it is seller's fault. I think it is email delivery. I am sure, because there is a Harley for sale that the buyer has not returned my email, & I am sure, he really would like to sell it. I wish seller's would put their phone # in the ad. Then we buyers could contact them w/o TOTV failure. Diedra

I had same problem as JCMSr above a week or two ago and went through same steps.

In my case, article was removed a couple of days later, then put back up for sale. I responded to the re-posting but no response to that either from seller. a few days later it was marked as no longer for sale. (Didn't say "Sold" though)

Panjo, I know that many buyers are having a problem with that button. In fact every message that I have sent to Sellers has instead gone into my Inbox and NOT been received by the seller.

So you have to use Panjo to sell an item?

Yes. Talk of The Villages has purchased this classified software from Panjo to try and give everyone a more "full featured" classified experience.

It is easier to load pictures.

Also, if you use it properly, it can allow for a buyer to purchase and "lock up" that purchase 24/7. Even while you sleep.
