Default Best Beach Daytrip to West Coast

I am looking for a 2 hour or so daytrip to the Clearwater area. Would like a beach where there is easy parking (willing to pay!), restrooms and a restaurant/bar nearby; from an easy walk on the beach would be great. Anyone have a suggestion? Are there any resorts in the area that will let you purchase a day pass to use their beach and chairs?

Some previous threads on beach trips.

Good ocean beach for simple day trip?
Great Day at St. Pete Beach
How often do you get to visit the ocean or gulf?
What are some fun, interesting day trips you can make from the Villages?

My favorite is the Don Cesar on St. Pete Beach.

Maybe a little further but Anna Maria Island has lots of public beaches and the beach is white sand.
