I can post our experience after we return on the 8th.
Hi JuJuJudy, well how was your experience with village airport transport to port everglades?

What did you decide to do? How much did it cost? How long did it take?

Depending on the day and time. When bright line has twofer we take day trips on the cheap to anywhere, have lunch early dinner and return same day. The cheapest was $32 for two, to port, but needing an exact date will be different

We've used Yankee Trails but have found the most comfortable way is to get a car to the station at MCO not the airline terminal. If you open an account with Brightline they always have sales and we usually can find reasonable first class seats on the train. We have an Uber scheduled to pick us up at the station. The first class seats used to come with a $10 Uber voucher. Not sure they still do. The train is very comfortable.

We use Village VIP Transportation to go to Port Canaveral. They will also take you to the Brightline station, or the Orlando airport.
We decided to go with Creative Concierge. Blue Line does not go that far. We have used them before. Nice large cars that can accommodate luggage, a walker, etc. Very expensive. You get what you pay for in this life. Its a Christmas/ New Year's cruise for 2 weeks. Our gift to each other.

ALWAYS Port Canaveral...or Tampa. It's gotten so that we won't/don't cruise if we can't leave out of one of the two.

Can I just say I continue to be amazed that the OP says No Bus and cannot drive himself and people keep saying take Groome or rent a car. C'mon people. Pay attention.

Op is asking for private car service. not willing to hop a bus, or drive. Unrelated posts have been removed.

Paying attention is rare here. Just look at the number of posters replying to a thread from 6 months ago! I don't think OP is still sitting here looking for answers to a post from April.

Thread is informational no matter when you’re taking a cruise. However, most of our friends book their cruises a year in advance and if you’re going for that elusive brand new ship, it can be up to 13 to 15 months in advance.

October 8th OP has posted their mode of transport, so info must have helped. OP did follow for 6 months.
Like many they pre-plan once in advance Thread info was definitely worth it all the way through October
