Thanks so much! We want to also go to 1 attraction that can't be missed. Can you recommend such a place?

My husband is from Ohio and he is a chili lover. He has not tried but heard that Skyline Chili is amazing and he plans to try it very soon. Ellen

When I visit my sister and her family near Cincinnati, I stop at Skyline Chili for 3 way chili. Mmmm good.

Don't miss the Air and Space Museum in Dayton just 50 miles North of Cincinnati it's free and spectacular. They also have an I-max theatre. There is also a Skyline Chili there. Not a fancy place, just a fast food place to get a chili dog or 3 way. I think I heard that the reason the Cincinnati chili is different is that they add Cinnamon to the chili.

National Museum of the USAF - Home

I didn't know they changed the name. It is the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. There is a link on the website with directions depending on which way you are coming from. This is a very large very modern museum in a huge hangar. Many many aircraft and special exhibits for the space program as well.

In case you didn't already know, in Ohio, we often serve our chili on top of spaghetti. When I first saw this I thought they were all a bit crazy, but I soon came to understand their wisdom! I love Skyline Chili and get the 3 way!

I guess you might enjoy Kings Island. It is an amusement park just north of Cincy.

We still live in Dayton, moving to TV in January. Live just a few miles from WPAFB and the museum. If you need a place to stay, send me a PM, we have a spare bedroom and would love to meet more villagers!
