Default Cruise Express to Miami

Just wondering what the experience of people who have used this service for a Cruise out of Miami? Typically on Time? How long did it take to get home on the return trip? Etc.

We have used them several times. It is about 5 hours or so. They do make a rest stop. They only run from Oct-Apr. It is a pretty painless way to get there as they drop you off and pick you up right at your boat. You will need a ride to/from the departure/dropoff point in Lady Lake or leave your car there.

Mixed. Last time It was around a year ago. Driver over slept. There were around 10 passengers left in a dark parking lot. Over an hour late. Office never answered the phone nor did they try to communicate with us in any way. Driver was very sorry and got us there in time. My disappointment was with management. NOBODY ever reached out called any of us back to offer us any compensation. Unacceptable.

Generally very good, although expensive if you just are doing a one-way.

Departure time from Bealls has been brought forward, so an early start, but should get you to your ship before noon. Usually back at Bealls by 3pm, depending how many ships in Miami and Port Everglades they have to pick up from.

We also do the "Groome to MCO then Brightline" procedure, and that works smoothly, too.

Have used them several times kind of stopped when we got to the ship about 2 pm so happy to hear they are getting there earlier.
