Bulk Spice Store

I am looking for a bulk spice store in or around the villages. Can anyone give me directions and the name of the store. This way I can buy a pinch of one spice and a half bag of another etc...

The Fresh Market has dozens of spices in little zip baggies. They're located at the end cap of their bakery aisle adjacent to the cheese section of the deli.
