Default Seafood Salad

Does anyone have a good recipe for Seafood Salad that is on the healthy side? Our local grocery store here in Michigan sells one made with imitation crab that I have been trying to copy. It is delicious on these hot, sunny days! So far, I haven't got it right! Does anyone have one? Thanks!

Here you go, my mother's secret recipe.... She made a lot, you might want to cut it
2 packages fake crabmeat (real is better, but very expensive)
2 bunches scallions
lots of celery
mayo
lemon juice (a good squeeze)
sour cream (I like plain yoghurt instead) maybe just a tablespoon.

Basic : Cooked Tricolor pasta (can use whole wheat), seafood (crab, shrimp or imitation) and fat free italian dressing. Can add: broccoli florets, tomato, onion, and /or black or green olives.

I've been trying to get it right for years and can't! It's the dressing that has me stymied. I've tried mayo, sour cream, and a combination of both but can't seem to get the flavor right.

Try going to Food Network - Easy Recipes, Healthy Eating Ideas and Chef Recipe Videos and find Ina Gartens recipe for shrimp salad. You could add any seafood you want and the recipes look fabulous!

I've tried all those ingredients for a dressing...mayo and sour cream and also lemon juice...but it never tastes the same...because it's always hit and miss on quantity of each. Restaurant seafood salad is always tastier and better than what I make. I need exact measurements!
